Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are in US dollars. Vexa Packaging reserves the right to change prices as and when they see fit without notice. Payment is as follows:
After you approve your design proof we start manufacturing. It’s your responsibility to read everything from texts to colors and dimensions before approval. Vexa Packaging will not be held responsible for mistakes that occur in a proof that you’ve already approved.
Vexa packaging’s logos, images and text are all copyrighted property of Vexa Packaging and should not be used without permission. All content is subject to copyright and cannot be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission. Custom artwork confirms that you own the rights to use the custom artwork and you confirm that you hold Vexa Packaging harmless from any related claims.
Orders can be cancelled and altered for a maximum of 12 hours after placing an order. Once products have been produced, there is no guarantee of cancellation as we produce products specifically for you. Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged or incorrect items and will be accepted upon receipt of a photo within 48 hours.
Vexa Packaging ships orders according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery is not guaranteed, delays may occur from the carrier and unforeseen events outside our control.
Vexa Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of our site or products. There is no limit on the total liability for a claim to the amount paid for the individual order item in question.
